Shipping Details
Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our facility. Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to appear after label creation.
Signature on Delivery
Orders valued over $300 may require a signature upon delivery for security. If you need to waive signature, contact us after ordering.
PO Boxes & APO/FPO
Shipments to PO Boxes and military addresses are sent via USPS when available. Express options may be limited.
Address Changes & Cancellations
Contact support within 30 minutes of placing your order for edits or cancellations. Once shipped, we cannot reroute packages.
Pre‑orders & Backorders
If an item is on pre‑order or temporarily out of stock, we’ll display the expected ship date at checkout and in your confirmation email.
Split Shipments
For multi‑item orders, we may ship available items first. You will receive separate tracking numbers when applicable.
International Duties & Taxes

- Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees set by your country’s customs authority.
- Where available, duties and taxes can be prepaid at checkout. If not prepaid, they will be collected by the carrier upon delivery (DDU).
- Refusing to pay duties/taxes may result in the order being returned. Original shipping and return costs may be deducted from your refund.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

- If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the package, please check with neighbors and building staff and wait 24 hours for potential late scans.
- Report loss or damage within 7 days of the stated delivery date by emailing [email protected] with your order number and photos (for damage).
- We will file a claim with the carrier and quickly assist with a replacement or refund according to the claim outcome.
Packaging & Sustainability
We ship in protective packaging to preserve the shape and finish of your sunglasses. Where possible, we use recycled and recyclable materials. Please recycle your shipping box according to local guidelines.

Yes, to 60+ countries with DHL, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days for express shipments.
Will I pay duties and taxes?
For non‑US destinations, duties and taxes may apply. When available, you can prepay these charges at checkout.
What if my package arrives damaged?
